*The "RESERVE TODAY" price is applicable only when all of the following criterias are met:

  • Clients must arrange their initial consultation within 7 days of receiving the price list from T.D.E. Wedding.

  • A deposit is required to confirm services within 7 days of signing the contract. .

  • Substitution of services is permissible, with a maximum allowance of up to 15% of the total package cost.

Note: For locations situated 10-20 miles from T.D.E. Wedding's office, a $50 travel fee is applicable for each service. For locations exceeding 20 miles, please inquire about the travel fee.

FAQ

Q: Does the All-inclusive Package include all the wedding day services I require, without any additional costs?

A: No, the All-inclusive Package includes essential wedding day services categorized into different tiers. If a service is not listed within the package, it is not included and would entail an additional cost. Services like flower centerpieces, chair covers, and ceremony audio are typically added during the planning stage and can be customized to suit your specific preferences and needs. Please review the package details to ensure it aligns with your specific needs and preferences.

Q: Is it possible to make substitutions within the all-inclusive packages?

A: Absolutely, our packages are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing clients to tailor them to their specific preferences. If a client wishes to replace certain services with others, this can be accommodated. However, it's crucial to be aware that if a client decides to remove/cancel any of these 5 services: Photographer, Cinematography, Makeup & Hairdo, Emcee, or Day of Coordinator, these alterations must be made prior to the contract being signed. Once the contract is signed, the removal of these services may result in a penalty. On the other hand, services such as adjusting photographer & Cinematography service hours can be substituted without incurring any penalty after the contract is signed, and it's worth noting that the total value of substitutions should not exceed 15% of the package price.

 

Q: What happens if I remove a service from the package? Will the cost of the service be deducted from the total package price?

A: No, if a client chooses to remove a service from the package, the value of that service will be retained as a credit within the package. The total package price will remain unchanged.

 

Q: Are there any additional fees for the package?

A: While we have factored in all setup and delivery fees for the services included in our package, please note that add-on services or special arrangements may incur additional fees. We recommend consulting with your assigned planning taskmaster to assess whether any extra charges are applicable for your specific add-on services and unique arrangements, even for the existing services within the package.

 

Q: Will the Wedding Planning Taskmaster be present on my wedding day?

A: No, the Wedding Planning Taskmaster will not be present on the wedding day. The coordination of services on the day of the wedding falls under the responsibility of the Day-of-Coordinator. However, should clients require immediate assistance concerning our services, such as last-minute changes or any emergencies requiring the attention of the onsite crew, they can contact the planning taskmaster via phone call or text message.

 

Q: Are the flowers included in the package real or artificial?

A: The flowers in the package are a combination of both. We use real flowers for all personal flower arrangements, such as bridal bouquets and boutonnieres, while silk flowers are utilized for larger decorative floral arrangements.

 

Q: Can I repurpose the ceremony decoration pieces for the reception?

A: Clients have the option to repurpose decoration pieces from one location to another within the same venue with an additional repurposing fee. However, if the ceremony and reception take place at different venues, repurposing the ceremony pieces may not be feasible. In such cases, clients can choose to purchase additional decoration pieces specifically for the reception if desired.

 

Q: Do I need to purchase a Makeup & Hairdo trial session?

A: The Makeup & Hairdo trial session is not included in the All-inclusive package. We recommend that clients opt for a trial session at an additional cost to ensure that the Makeup & Hairdo stylist is the right fit for their needs and preferences. 

To ensure the smooth coordination of your services, we kindly request that clients schedule the Makeup & Hairdo trial session within 30 days of signing the contract. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that the client wishes to retain the Makeup & Hairdo service as part of their package." In the event that the trial session doesn't meet your expectations, please rest assured that you can opt to remove the Makeup & Hairdo service from your package within 1 week after the trial session concludes, and this can be done without incurring any penalties.
