Postponing the event

We understand COVID-19 has drastically affected your event, and we wanted to try every effort to assist you through this challenging period. We're happy to reschedule events that are prohibited by the pandemic and are offering courtesy postponement without last-minute-change penalties. We ask you to please kindly follow the below requirements to help us better organize necessary arrangements :

 

  • The client has to notify TDE the postponement at least 8 weeks prior to the event date to avoid any liquidated damage that may involve from ordered materials such as flowers, printed products, etc.

  • When postponing to a new event date, the client should inquire about TDE's service availability prior to confirming the new event date with their venues.

In the meantime, as the State and/or the County's policies may continue to change, please return for the latest updates.
